The main tasks of the commission include developing new algorithms for tactical operations and intervention techniques adapted to various levels of changing threats, for selected public order services.

In particular, in terms of organizing and conducting specialized training concerning:

• • physical protection of first category objects important for the defense of the State,
  • tactics of operations in extreme threat situations of terrorist attacks in particularly vulnerable institutions
  • interventions by law enforcement agencies in groups of special risk / mass events, means of transport /
  • tactics and techniques of intervention in pursuit and search operations
  • use of direct coercion measures, including service batons in extreme threat situations,
  • evacuation actions of administration and management staff in public utility facilities
  • training ground activities of uniformed and civilian units in the context of convoy operations in dangerous situations
• development of physical and technical security procedures combined with tactical training and firearms training of the personnel
